Connecting Roswell to the adjacent property will drive significant additional traffic into the neighborhood where the neighborhood kids ride their bikes and play. There is already significant non-neighborhood traffic from people using Beaumont Centre Lane as a shortcut to access Harrodsburg Road. It seems more appropriate to have the major arterial roads surrounding the new proposed development deal with the additional traffic rather than neighborhood roads. Children's safety doesn't seem to have been a factor in the design. Pedestrian access would be much safer.
